Barbara (Nechniedowicz) Ryan

Barbara Ryan (Nee: Niechniedowicz), 84, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017 at Roanoke Virginia Memorial Hospital. She was born in Jersey City and resided in Bayonne until moving to Lexington Virginia 30 years ago. Barbara was a homemaker.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband John Ryan, her children Robert Ryan and Catherine Ryan and her brother George Nichols.
Loving mother of John Ryan, Michael Ryan and his wife Kathleen, Patricia Payne and Carol Ryan. Cherished sister of Mary Brzucki. Dear aunt of Joseph Nichols, Deborah Becker and Ann Marie Eklund. Also survived by 13 loving grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne. Religious services will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City.
