Clara (Bejgrowicz) Cerkanowicz

Clara Cerkanowicz (Nee: Bejgrowicz), 95, passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Home in Woodbridge.  She was born in Bayonne and was a lifelong resident.  Clara was retired from the Maidenform Company of Bayonne.  She was a member of the Mt. Carmel Seniors and the prime of life and leisure club.
Clara was predeceased by her beloved husband Anthony Cerkanowicz and her son Anthony Cerkanowicz Jr. and her siblings, Walter Lindquist, Helen Milden and Emil Lindquist Jr.
Loving mother-in-law of Elizabeth Cerkanowicz.  Dear grandmother of Kirk Cerkanowicz and his wife Marie, James and Stacey Cerkanowicz, MaryEllen and her husband Nicholas Perone, Leah and her husband Brian Clark and Andrea and her husband John Petrullo.  Cherished great-grandmother of Andrew and Daniella Cerkanowicz, Logan and Mason Cerkanowicz, Nina and Nicholas Perone, Gabriella, Johnna and Anthony Petrullo and Grace and Colin Clark.  Devoted sister of Chester Lindquist, Jennie Jaworski and Eleanor Bonner.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Viewing on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Wednesday, August 30th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. from the Parish of St. John Paul II at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.  Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
