Dorothy (Divak) Krasowski

Dorothy Krasowski (Nee: Divak), 88, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune.  She was born and raised in Garfield before residing in Bayonne and has lived the last four years at Seabrook Village in Tinton Falls.  Dorothy worked for McGraw Hill in New York City and later at the Military Ocean Terminal in Bayonne as an administrative assistant for the Navy.  She was member of the St. Peter’s Prep mothers club and the Rosary Society of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.
Dorothy was predeceased by her beloved husband Edmund Krasowski, her sister Eleanor Divak and her sister-in-law Mary Klim and her husband Walter.
Loving mother of Robert Krasowski and his wife Patricia.  Dear grandmother of Paul and Matthew Krasowski.  Cherished sister of Leonard Divak and his wife Elaine.  Devoted aunt of Kenneth Klim and his wife Olivia.  Also survived by her sister-in-law Dolores Dearborn and her husband John,  many nieces and nephews, and friends at Seabrook Village and Bayonne.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. from the Parish of St. John Paul II at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne.  Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Collier Youth Services, 160 Conover Road,  Wickatunk  New Jersey 07765

DUE TO THE SNOW STORM THE FUNERAL FOR DOROTHY KRASOWSKI WILL NOW TAKE PLACE TOMOROW 1/5/2018  at 11:am at  THE PARISH OF ST.JOHN PAUL II AT OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL CHURCH  BAYONNE. Family and friends can gather at the funeral home at 10:00 am. before proceeding to church.
