Albert J. Skiba

Albert J. Skiba, 82, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Peace Care at St. Ann’s in Jersey City.  He was born in Bayonne and was a lifelong resident.  He served his country proudly in the United States Army.  Albert worked for the Municipal Utility Authority for the City of Bayonne for 20 years before retiring.
He was predeceased by his parents Albert and Mary (Nee: Olszewski) Skiba and his brother Eugene Skiba.
Beloved husband of Florence (Nee: Brzozowski) Skiba.  Loving father of Susan Donovan.  Dear brother-in-law of Miriam Skiba.  Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne.  A Funeral Mass will immediately follow at 12:00 p.m. from the Parish of St. John Paul II at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne.  Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
