Brian O'Connor

Brian O' Connor, 78, passed away on Friday, January 2, 2015 at the Jersey Shore Medical Center.  He was a lifelong Bayonne resident and had home in Shark River Hills, Neptune Township for more than 40 years,  Mr. O' Connor was a graduate of Bayonne High School and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.  He was a member of the Belmar Fishing Club.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 47 years, Patricia (Nee: Carroll) O' Connor and his twin sister Patricia Gillespie.

Loving father of Michael O' Connor and his partner Virginia Kemp, Brian O' Connor and his wife Michele, Robert O' Connor and his wife Katie, Patricia Hansen and her husband Mark and Mary O' Connor.  Devoted brother of Denise O' Connor.  Cherished grandfather of Gillian, Brendan and Katie Hansen, Kayla and Justin O' Connor and Kieran, Brayden, Ryan and Riley O' Connor.  Dear companion of Dolores Paruta.

Visitation will be on Monday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, 32 East 22nd St., Bayonne (201-339-1692).  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul R.C. Church, Bayonne.  Interment will follow at St. Anne Cemetery, Wall Township.
