November 30, 1961 – August 7, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David Scott Payne Sr., a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather. David touched the lives of many with his kindness and generosity. He was a pillar of strength for all who knew him and will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.

David is survived by his wife Patricia, his children David II, Jessica, Joshua, and Dominick. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren Joshua, Emma, and Khaleesi. He is remembered by his siblings Billy and Stacey, his daughters-in-law Samantha and Rayna, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
