Edward Obrenski

Edward Obrenski, 88, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at the Bayonne Medical Center. He was born in Bayonne to the late Marian and Katherine Obrenski. Edward resided in Marco Island Florida for many years and also maintained a residence in his native Bayonne. He was a respected and prominent builder and developer in both Florida and New Jersey. He enjoyed the simple things in life and especially crabbing down at the Jersey shore. He was always there to help family and friends with there challenges which were always met with solutions. Edward was predeceased by his son Mark Obrenski and his siblings, John, Charles, Alfred, Mary Scrudato, Lottie Spivack, Regina Martineze, Helen Woziak and Bertha Tais. Beloved husband of Jeanette (Nee: Colacino) Obrenski. Loving father of Edward Obrenski. Dear grandfather of Edward Steven Obrenski. Cherished brother of Joseph Obrenski and his wife Lois and Catherine Dunn. Also survived by his sister-in-law Rose Obrenski. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday, October 19, 2015 at 10:45 a.m. at St. Henry R.C. Church, Bayonne. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
