Elizabeth "Betty" (Krupa) Judowski

Elizabeth “Betty” Judowski (Nee: Krupa), 78, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at the Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains. She was born and raised in Jersey City and resided in Bayonne for most of her life. Betty graduated from St. Anthony’s High School and St. Francis Nursing School in Jersey City. She was a Registered Nurse for 42 years most of them at St. Francis Hospital in Jersey City and later at St. Mary’s Hospital in Hoboken. She was the past president and officer for the PTA at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Grammar School in Bayonne and was a member of the Pope John Paul II Society at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish.

Betty was predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Judowski, her parents Michael and Frances Krupa and her cherished daughter Cynthia Judowski.

Loving mother of Christine Ciesmelewski and her husband Jeffrey, Peter Judowski and his wife Melissa and William and John Judowski. Dear grandmother of Kaitlin, Zachary and Bradley and great-grandmother of Ava. Devoted sister of Barbara Dzitko and her late husband Walter and Michael Krupa Jr. and his wife Susan and many nieces and nephews. 

Visitation is 1-5 p.m. Sunday, March 13, at S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, 32 E. 22nd St., Bayonne. Mass is on Monday, March 14, at 10:30 a.m., at Parish of St. John Paul II/ Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne. Interment follows at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
