Frank C. Pitlick, 81, of Bayonne, N.J., died Wednesday at Overlook Hospital in Summit, N.J. The funeral is on Tuesday at 9 a.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, 3234 E. 22nd St., Bayonne, N.J. The Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at Mount Carmel Church, Bayonne. The family will receive friends on Monday from 2 p.m through 6 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home. Born in Wappingers Falls, N.Y., Mr. Pitlick lived in Bayonne for most of his life. He served in the Korean War and worked as a mail carrier for the U.S. Post Office in Bayonne for many years, retiring in the early 1980s. Surviving are his devoted family, his sister, Helen Moran, and her husband, Thomas Moran; his brother, Ted Pitlick and his wife, Helen Pitlick; his companion, Doris Buzinkay; his two nephews, Thomas Moran and Bruce Moran, and six great-nieces and great-nephews.
