Gertrude Jurewicz

Gertrude Jurewick, 89, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2011 at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck , N.J.   She was born in Bayonne where she resided for most of her life before moving to Oradell , N.J. 11 years ago.  She was a homemaker.

She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley Jurewick.  Cherished sister of the late Edward and Raymond Brzoska.

She is the loving mother of Anne Pielech of Oradell and Steven Jurewick and his fiance Denise Pappa.  Dear grandmother of Nicole and Michael.  Devoted aunt of Dorothy Junuska, Edward and James Brzoska.  Also survived by her sister-in-law Dorothy Brzoska.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2011 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, 32-34 East 22nd Street , Bayonne .  A Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael's Church, Bayonne .  Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington .
