Hafiza Carmin (Mohammed) Subacz

Carmen Subacz (Nee:  Mohammed), 75, passed away suddenly on Thursday, October 16, 2025 in Bayonne.  She was born in Trinidad and Tobago and lived in Bayonne for many years.

Carmen was predeceased by her beloved husband John Subacz.

Loving mother of Griska Novicio and her husband Ronald and Jason Subacz and his wife Maria.  Dear grandmother of Matthew, Michael, Madison, Jaden and Dylan.  Cherished sister of Annand, Hartim, Nasir, Samid, Edward, Nazral Mohammed and Hannifer Bellizia. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Friday October 24, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home 857 Kennedy Blvd. Bayonne.

Cremation services will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to American Diabetes Association  @diabetes.org
