Harriet Anna (Lapinski) Serafin

Harriet Anna Serafin (Nee: Lapinski), 88, passed away at home on Thursday, December 12, 2013.  She was born in Bayonne and was a lifelong resident.  Harriet worked for local factories in Bayonne and Newark for many years.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Alfred Serafin and her siblings Chester, Joseph and Stanley Lapinski and Sophie Pawlowski.  

Loving mother of Joanne Nolan and her husband John.  Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Stiefel and John Nolan Jr.  Dear great-grandmother of Ryan and Garin.

Visitation will be on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. from the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne.  Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
