Helen Rafalko (Nee: Sadowski), 94, passed away at home with her family by her side on Thursday, November 17, 2016. She was born in Bayonne where she resided most of her life before moving to Holiday City South in Toms river. Helen worked for the Air Flyte Electronics Company of Bayonne and later for Slyvettes Clothing Store also of Bayonne. Helen was the former president of the Mt. Carmel Guild of Bayonne and former president of the Polish American Club of Toms River. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Anthony Rafalko, her son Kenneth Rafalko, her siblings John, Raymond and Julia Sadowski and Jean Balassone and her grandson Keith Watson. Loving mother of Carol Green. Devoted sister of Ann Vargo. Dear grandmother of Kelly Davis and her husband Scott, Kevin Watson, Kris Watson and his wife Jodi, Danielle Nunez and her husband Hector and Michael Rafalko. Cherished great-grandmother of Jake, Justin, Kyle, Ava, Angelia, Liana, Elijah and Aubrianna. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Viewing on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. from the Parish of St. John Paul II at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers please make donations to N.J.
