Joann Grzywinski

Joann Grzywinski  passed away on Thursday,  February 18,  2021 at the Bayonne Medical Center after courageously fighting a long illness.  Joann was born on June, 3rd, 1958 and was the cherished daughter of Henry Grzywinski and the late Catherine (Nee: McCarthy). She was a graduate of Bayonne High School Special Education and was a fan of the WWE, the Mets and a lover of animals.  She was a lifelong resident of Bayonne and a homemaker.   Loving mother of Jennifer Sanchez and her husband Anthony.  Beloved sister of Elaine Williamson, Kathy Devita and Barbara Grzywinski.  Dear aunt of Frank, Stephanie and Thomas and grand-aunt of Skylar, Catherine, Michael and Matthew.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. from the parish of the Blessed Miriam Teresa Demjanovich at St. Andrew’s Church, Bayonne.  Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.  In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Liberty Humane Society 235 Jersey City Blvd. Jersey City, N.J. 07305 or lhs@libertyhumane.org
