Obituary

John Subacz, 73, passed away on Thursday, November 11th, 2021 at Christ Hospital in Jersey City. John was born and raised in Bayonne and was a lifelong resident.
John was a member of the International Brotherhood of T.C.W. & H. of America. He was a longshoreman at the Cold Storage Warehouse at Harborside in Jersey City for over 25 years and later worked at the Exxon Refinery in Bayonne.
He was predeceased by his parents Walter and Maryann Subacz and his siblings Carol, Maryann and Walter Subacz.
Beloved husband of Carmen (Nee: Mohammed) Subacz. Loving father of Griska Novicio and her husband Ronald and Jason Subacz and his wife Maria Vojvoda. Dear grandfather of Matthew, Michael, Madison, Jaden and Dylan. Cherished sister of Kathy Gonzalez.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, 32 East 22nd Street Bayonne. Religious services will be at 3:30 p.m. Cremation will be private.
