Josephine (Horzepa) Miros

Josephine Miros (Nee: Horzepa), 93, a lifelong resident of Bayonne passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at the Bayonne Medical Center. Josephine was homemaker and later in her life worked in Human Resources for the Elco-Dynamic Company of Avenel for 15 years before retiring. She was a member of the Seniors Club of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Bayonne. Josephine was predeceased by her beloved husband Charles Miros and her siblings; John, Edward, Walter, Casey and Stanley Horzepa and Genevieve Markowski. Loving mother of Jim Miros and Joanne Thomas-Fischer and her husband Jim. Dear sister-in-law of Teresa Kiel, Chester Miros, Walter Miros, Lucy, Loretta and Pearl Horzepa. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Viewing on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. from the Parish of St. John Paul II at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
