Julia A. (Palmisano) Feury

Julia A. Feury (Nee: Palmisano), 93, passed away peacefully at her home with her loving family by her side on Friday, October 24th, 2014. In 1921, Julia was born in Bayonne where she continued to live for the remainder of her years. She graduated Bayonne High School in 1941. After attending business school, Julia worked as an executive secretary to a Navy Lieutenant at the Military Ocean Terminal in Bayonne during World War II. She continued as an executive secretary at Western Electric Company in Kearny, NJ.

            Julia was predeceased by her beloved husband, the Late Michael J. Feury and her parents Stephen and Rosa. Survived by her daughters Rosemarie Dawes and her husband Nicholas Dawes, Judith Rodgers, Sara Lee (Sally) Horvath and her husband James Horvath, and Michele Guida and her husband Philip Guida. Beloved grandmother to Julian Dawes and his wife Carolina Aguilar, Andrew Dawes, Elliot Dawes, Michael Rodgers, Daniel Guida, and Matthew Guida. Julia was the cherished sister of Lena De Carlo and Dolly Marchitelli and the late Louis, Nicholas, Vincent, Ralph, Stephen, Romeo, Joseph, Lucy Baro, and Gloria Bruschi.

            Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Tuesday, October 28th from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m at the S. Fryczynski and Son Funeral Home, Bayonne, NJ. Religious services will be held at 7:30 p.m at the funeral home with Rev. Gary Grindeland officiating. Committal services will be held on Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m at the Rosehill Crematory in Linden, NJ.
