Stella A. (Stepnowski) Wisniewski

Stella A. Wisniewski (Nee: Stepnowski), 89, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2014 at the Monmouth Medical Center in Lakewood, N.J.  She was born in Bayonne and was a lifelong resident.  Stella was a bookkeeper for many years for the Hudson Iron and Metal Company of Bayonne.  She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church and was a member of the Seniors Club.  She was also active in the Bayonne bocce league and enjoyed bowling in her Sunday night bowling league.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Marion "Joe" Wisniewski, her brother Leon Stepnowski and her sisters Cecelia Siluk and Jane Yurek.

Loving mother of Paul Wisniewski ( Peggy), Cathy Miller ( Bruce), Marilyn Ferreri ( Paul) and Diane O' Donnell and her late husband Dennis.  Dear grandmother of Brad, Jessica, Nancy, Kaitlin, Kerri Anne and Cindy.  Cherished great-grandmother of Owen Miller and Emma Torvund.

Viewing on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at  the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne.  A  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne.  Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
