Theodore R Stachelski

Theodore R. Stachelski, of Bayonne, N.J., has passed away on January 31, 2015 at Bayonne Hospital.  Theodore proudly served in the United States Navy from 1943-1946, and was a participant in the Asiatic-Pacific and European-African-Middle Eastern Campaigns. He worked as a Dairy Manager at Pathmark in Jersey City for 25 years, until retiring in 1989.



He was the beloved husband of Mary Stachelski (née Smarz), and loving father of Susan Cacchione and her husband Tony, Diane Archibald and her husband Robert, and Denise Schultz and her husband Kenneth; grandfather to Anthony Cacchione, Angela Lupo, James Archibald, Samantha Fox, and Paul Del Priore; great-grandfather to 4; and devoted brother of Regina Mihalcin, the late Helen, Sabina, Jane, Harriet, Genevieve, Sophie, Zygmund, Joseph, Anthony and Stanley.



A viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 3, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Inc., 32-34 East 22nd Street, Bayonne.  A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, February 4, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Bayonne.
