Theresa (Costantinople) Calamito

Theresa (Nee: Constantinople) Calamito, 84, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at the Bayonne Medical Center.  She was born in Jersey City where she lived for most of her life, since 2007 she has been residing at the St. Ann's Home.  Theresa was a homemaker.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Thomas Calamito, her daughter Maria Williams and her siblings; Francis, Carmen and Anthony Constantinople, Patricia Fortuna, Lucy Ceraolo, Florence Padla and Louise Stracquatania.

Loving mother of Ralph Calamito, Louis Calamito and his wife Carol Ann and Joseph Calamito and his wife Carol.  Cherished grandmother of Jessica, Jason, Angela, Thomas, Lori, Jennifer, Kelly and Michelle.  Also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Tuesday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne.  Cremation will follow at Rosehill Crematory, Linden.  Her ashes will be interred with her husband in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
