Vickie Sue, as we knew her, was my first cousin. Uncle Joe, her father, was my mother''s brother. My mother, Maria Delgado, passed away on September 11th, 2011. We are still feeling that loss, and we were really saddened to hear about Vickie. Our sincere, heart-felt condolences goes to her extended family.
