Wladyslaw Mackow, 92, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at the Bayonne Medical Center. He was born in Poland and has resided in Bayonne for many years. He was employed by the Thumans Meat Company as a factory worker for many years before retiring. He was a member of the Polish American Home of Bayonne. Beloved husband of Zofia (Nee: Gil) Mackow. Loving father of Mary Cunningham, Halina Mroz and her husband Matthew, Weslew Mackow and his wife Kitty and John Mackow. Dear grandfather of Michelle, David, M.J., Jennifer, Kimmy, Wesley, Libby and Katie. Cherished brother of Theresa Komorowski, Genowefa Zychowicz and the late Peter Mackow. Also survived by 9 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Viewing on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, Bayonne. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Paul II Parish at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your favorite charity in his memory.
